Andrew Knight BSc., BVMS, CertAW, MRCVS

London-based veterinarian and bioethicist Andrew Knight is the Director of Animal Consultants International (www.AnimalConsultants.org), which provides multidisciplinary expertise for animal issues, the President of the UK political party Animals Count (www.AnimalsCount.org), and the Founder of the Extreme Vegan Sporting Association (www.ExtremeVeganSports.org). He speaks internationally on vegan companion animal diets, animal experimentation, animal use in education and other topics. He has published several studies demonstrating the poor predictivity for humans of animal experiments, three of which have received awards at international scientific conferences since 2005. He expects to receive a PhD for this work in 2008, which may be a world first in this field. He remains an incurable adventurer.
